Beaches Resort Turks & Caicos

I always shoot straight—no fluff, no sugarcoating. If you’re here, you want the real scoop on luxury travel, and that’s exactly what you’ll get.

We just returned from a week at Beaches Turks & Caicos, and I’m breaking it down for you:

-Location: Just south of the Bahamas, this resort is now easier than ever to reach with new nonstop flights from MSP, and many other
major gateways. And once you land, you’re only 15 minutes from the resort—no long transfers, just straight to paradise.

-The Beach: It’s hard to beat. Soft, white sand. Stunningly blue, crystal-clear water. Safe and shallow enough for kids to enjoy without worry.

-Food: Ranges from decent to great. With 21 dining options (including restaurants, food trucks, and snack bars), there’s something for everyone, but not all are created equal. We can point you to the best spots.

-Service: If you expect full beach and poolside service, this isn’t that resort. While some restaurants have fantastic service, most are just okay. No beach butlers here—so grab your own drinks and set your expectations accordingly.

-Rooms: Big range. The newer suites are stunning (and priced accordingly). The more budget-friendly rooms are comfortable but dated. With distinct villages (soon to be 5), they are not created equally- nor do they price the same. If you want the best value for your stay, or have specific requirements, we’ll help you pick wisely.

-Activities: This is where Beaches shines. A huge waterpark with slides, a surf simulator, lazy river (emphasis on lazy ), splash pads, multiple pools, mini golf and more. Kids camp runs all day and into the evening for parents who want a date night. You choose this resort for the family-friendly amenities.

-Entertainment: Early evening? Sesame Street shows for little ones. Later? Family games, street parties, dance classes, and live performances. There’s something for every age, whether you’re traveling with kids or sneaking in a romantic getaway.

-The Bottom Line: If you’re looking for a kid-centric, all-inclusive resort where your little ones will be entertained from sunrise to sundown, this is a no-brainer. From the turquoise waters to the waterpark and endless food options, our kids had a blast.
