Why should you tag along?

Because this isn’t just a vacation—it’s a story-worthy, pint-clinking, postcard-come-to-life kind of experience. Here are just a few of the unforgettable moments waiting for you on this adventure:

🍻 Raise a Glass at Europe’s Oldest Pub

Join generations of pub-goers at Sean’s Bar in Athlone, proudly featured in the Guinness Book of World Records as the oldest bar in Europe. It's been serving thirsty customers since 900 AD—and no, that’s not a typo.

🎶 Sip, Sway, and Soak in the Soundtrack of Ireland

Hear traditional Irish music right from the source as you relax at The Marine Bar in Dungarvan, a 300-year-old pub owned by local musician Christy O’Neill. This cozy, toe-tapping night out is a CIE Tours exclusive—aka, something most tourists will never get to do.

🏰 Explore Legendary Castles

Roam the halls of Blarney Castle, kiss the famous stone (if you dare), and imagine what life was like when knights, nobles, and a whole lot of drama filled these walls.

🌊 Stand on the Edge of the World (Kind Of)

Take in the dramatic beauty of the Cliffs of Moher, where the views are endless and the wind is working overtime on your hair. It’s main-character energy, guaranteed.

🐑 Make Eye Contact With a Sheepdog

Visit a working Irish sheep farm and see just how smart (and adorable) these herding pros really are. It’s like National Geographic, but with better accents.

🎻 Experience Real Irish Culture, Not Just the Tourist Version

From a jaunting car ride through Killarney National Park to strolling Galway’s colorful streets, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to go beyond the guidebook.

Not Included

While a whole lot is covered (like accommodations, key experiences, and a number of meals,) here are a few things that are NOT included.

Meals and Drinks- Not specifically mentioned in the itinerary. This would include lunches, dinners not mentioned, snacks, and any other meals you choose to do on your own that is not specifically detailed in the itinerary.

Optional Tours and Experiences - Choosing to do your own thing in the evening or during a 2-day stay is totally fine! Just know you will not be refunded the cost of the tour item skipped, or reimbursed for the experience you choose instead to partake in.  - More questions on this? Ask me!

Tips - For local guides and drivers. This is, of course, optional-but always appreciated!

Souvenirs and Elective Expenditures - Whether an extra pint of Guiness or a trinket to take home to someone special, you'll want some extra Euros for those spontaneous purchases.

If you have any additional questions regarding what is included in the cost or need help setting up a payment plan, please reach out to me! That's what I'm here for!

Insurance

CIE Tours' Full Group Travel Protection Plan is optional as an add-on, however HIGHLY recommended. When purchased within 14 days of your deposit, this plan permits the cancelation of your trip up to the day of departure for a specified covered reason for cash reimbursement. This plan also protects you and your belongings while on your trip. Trip protection is non-refundable after 14 days from purchase. If you have your own travel insurance company or policy you'd rather use. No Problem!
Cost: $415.00 per person
